Time with the Dada

I will admit that Andrew's very best friend in the world is his Dada. There is nothing he loves more than to be with him and play with him. They often take little outings together to the Lehi Rec Center indoor pool or to a place called Jump On It. We all went to Jump On It the other night and I took some pictures of them. Andrew seriously had the time of his life. I can't believe how good he is on the tramp already too!

My little buddy Abby sat on the sidelines with me while the boy jumped. I just love her.

Andrew's friend Brynlee was over and they were playing the piano together. Zach took these pictures and I thought they were so cute!

Trip to AZ

Two weekends ago I went down to Mesa to surprise my sister-in-law Anne for her 30th birthday. It was SO much fun. I am so lucky to have such fun sister-in-laws. I love just sitting around talking with them! Her mom and sisters came as well as Zach's mom too. We ate our lives away. I am still dreaming of Tia Rosa's. We went and got pedicures, did some shopping and just relaxed. It was so much fun. All the girl cousins (minus Julia:() were there which was fun to see.

Paige seriously cracks me up. She is the life of the party.

A Day at our Park

We finally started having some good weather last week so Andrew and I went to the park one day. All the little neighborhood boys were out which was fun for him. They are all about a year older than him, so he kind of just tags along:) I think these pictures are so cute of them playing as a group.

That's what I call teamwork:)

Cousins

Bibi (my mom..the grandma...who Andrew has named Bibi) sent Goldie and Abby matching dresses...how cute is that? So Jenna and I decided to dress them up on Sunday and have a little photo shoot.

Goldie doesn't look quite so little next to Abby anymore, does she???

Crazy Kids

Currently I am sitting at my computer with my little varmit Andrew sitting next to me at 10:55 p.m. HE WILL NOT GO TO BED. It's okay though because I just love this little guy today. I have been laying in his bed with him over and over and over again to try and get him to stay in his room and go to sleep tonight but it is not working. A few minutes ago I was laying in his bed and we were both quiet (I was pretending to sleep hoping he would do the same) and all of a sudden he reached over and grabbed my face and pulled me towards him saying "mommy com meer (come here) i need you." Then he kissed my cheeks about five times each. I don't care if he stays up with me tonight anymore:)

Speaking of little guys meet "Little Guy" down below. This is Andrew's new friend. I have no idea where we picked him up. Andrew talks to him all day, tells me when it is "Little Guy's" turn (this is what he has named him apparently) and carries him all through the house. I thought I better document his first pretend friend.


As for this little lady she is a MOVER! I went in to check on her and this is what I found. I have moved her like five times and no matter what she falls asleep with her legs sticking out of the bed like this. But she doesn't seem to care. Don't mind the mess:)

Sorry for the random post, but that's all I've got for today:) Good night....me and the bear are going to go have a sleep over while Dada is out of town.

Funny Pictures

This is what Andrew likes to do sometimes. He says "mommy funny pictures!". This means he wants to take pictures on photobooth on my computer. Here are some....we stay away from the distorted ones...he thinks they are scary!!

A LOVELY weekend AWAY!!

This past weekend Zach and I went to Las Vegas. It was so nice to get out of here for a few days. We stayed in the Trump hotel on the strip. I had never been inside of that hotel before, but I am now officially in love with it. There is no casino and no smoking, so it is a breath of fresh air from the strip. When you walk in they have the most A-MA-ZING scent coming through their air ducts and I can't even explain how good it smells. We both got massages, and their spa is heavenly. As always I am a loser and didn't take the camera so I have no pictures, but here are some from good old google.


Oh and as we were leaving and loading our car guess who was standing right next to us waiting for his ride????

Yes that would be Matt the bachelor. He is SOOOOO TALL. And very handsome. Did I talk to him? No I am a wuss.
Abby came with us since she will not take a bottle....and Andrew stayed with Nana and Poppy. We missed Andrew and we so happy to see him this morning! Today I came downstairs and he was frantically trying to get the toilet seat up and saying "Mommy I go potty! I go potty!". I haven't really attempted to potty train him yet because he doesn't seem ready to me, but I got pretty excited when he started saying this so I took off his diaper and sat him on the potty. He kept saying "mommy it's coming, it's coming." We waited and waited. Meanwhile he asked for a book, so I handed him Time magazine. Ha. Unfortunately the pee pee never came, but we got some good pictures from it. He is hilarious.
