Well we are in GA this week with my family for Christmas.  Today I went shopping with my sisters and Jake and Zach at Perimeter Mall...my absolute favorite mall in America:)  I was in JCrew and saw this lady above standing just next to me.  I looked at her and thought 'isn't she famous??'
So here was my next move:

Katie: Sorry, but weren't you on America's Next Top Model?

Girl:  No.  (just stares at me)

Katie: (feeling really awkward)  REALLY???? (because I am so confused....I am CERTAIN she was)

Girl:  I was on the Bachelor.

Katie:  OH!  Sorry...well you could be a model (trying to make up for my mistake)

Girl:  I actually am a model.

Katie:  Oh, that's nice.  Well, nice to see you.

OK...so does anyone remember CRAZY Trish from the Bachelor a few years back???  That was her.  I was dying.  It all clicked who she was as I finished my awkward conversation.  Then I went in Anthropologie right afterwards and I ended up standing beside her again...completely coincedental.  She probably thought I was a stalker or something.  That was my excitement for the day!

Platinum Cruise to Mexico---PARRRRTTTTAAAAAAYYYYYYY!

November 28th -December 6th we had the PLEASURE of going on a cruise with the company Zach works for...Platinum Protection. It was so much fun. There were about 400 of us on the cruise ship (I think). Lots of our close friends and some family were there with us, so we had LOTS of fun. Get ready for a long post because I seriously just spent almost 30 min uploading all of these. I will just give you an overview of our trip through the pics...
This was the emergency meeting...or something like that. As you can see we were all REALLY paying close attention.

Leaving San Diego...check out the sunset. The first of many!

Britt, me, Jenna and Jenye walking around the ship our first night.

Jessie and I at our first formal dinner night.

Me, Mel and Brooke after dinner.

This was pretty much our "crew" the whole week...minus Troy and Teri and who met up with us in Acapulco and Rob and Jessie.

This is definitely Zach singing his heart out at the karaoke. It was hilarious...he sang that "Sherry" 50's song....you know the one that is SUPER HIGH PITCHED??? Yes he hit every note. Unbelievable.

Missy, Layla and I pumping ourselves up to go down the waterslide on the ship. So fun!

Me and Jenye

Jenye, me and Jessie holding the delicious warming chocolate cake that we pretty much ordered every single night.

We got to dance!!! Oh man I was so excited for dancing. Zach even danced....that is a big deal. I was kind of a lame-o the rest of the week because I was so tired all week. But the first night we all went dancing was SO MUCH FUN!

My dancing buddies: Mel, Brooke and Danica

First stop: ACAPULCO!! We all piled in a van and went to a nearby beach...good thing Zach speaks some good Espanol...we would have totally gotten ripped off.

We went parasailing in Acapulco. It was my first time and I loved it! Here is Zach getting ready for take off.

First real Mexican meal.....SO FREAKING GOOD. Oh I would kill for one of those tacos right now.

Jenna and I lounging on the beach while the boys were on jetskis.

Zach and Jake getting ready to ride the JetSkis.

How pretty is that?

Acapulco at night...that is our ship in the water.

That night we went and watched the cliff divers. It was kind of scary...I seriously thought they were going to die! No one died:) It was a fun show.

This picture does not do it justice...these cliffs were seriously HIGH.

Get back on the ship! Time to go to Ixtapa/Zihuantanejo!

STOP #2: IXTAPA/ZIJUANTENEJO (I have no clue how to spell that one sorry)
Zach is livin' the life here.

The view from where I was laying out. I seriously felt like we had our own private beach.

The boys were OBSESSED with doing the boogie board. They caught some good waves that day.

Jessie, Jenye and Jenna going horseback riding.

Another gorgeous sunset.

STOP #3: Manzanillo
Not many pics from this stop. Zach and I found a beach and I laid out while he rode the waves. My kind of day!

Platinum did a money dive. These were intense and HILARIOUS! This picture says it all.

HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY TO OUR LITTLE MAN!

On November 24th Andrew turned one! I seriously can't believe he is already a year old. Time goes WAY too fast. We had our family close by and some friends over for cake and ice cream . He didn't exactly "dive" in as we had anticipated he would. I think I planned the party a little too close to his bed time--oops. When we all sang 'Happy Birthday' to him he smiled, laughed, and then got a quivering lip because he got scared and didn't know why everyone was standing around him singing. He tasted the frosting and liked it and then got a little more into it. He must have gotten a sugar high from that or something because he played HARD that night! He loved all his new toys!
Playing with his new truck from Grandma and Grandpa Robbins. Since then Grandma came out to visit and taught Andrew to put the shapes in the right holes. He claps for himself after he does it. We are quite impressed!

Playing with his new toys from Nana and Poppy Hillstead.

YUM!
