HIlton Head 2011

The last week of June we took another one of our family annual trips to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. We have been going there for I think almost 15 years we counted. We always with go with my family and my mom's parents, siblings and their kids. It never gets old. I look forward to going there every summer, and am loving that now my kids are starting to look forward to going as well. We were lucky that Zach was able to come for a few days as well. We always with he could be there the whole week, but work doesn't usually allow that in the summers:( Get ready for LOTS of pictures....

Andrew felt the need to wear goggles at ALL TIMES of this trip. Even if we were not at the pool or anywhere near a pool. He also wanted to push them into his face as hard as he could once he put them on. These two pics say it all:)

Oh and those are spiderman goggles in case you can't tell. Again he thinks he is a superhero.

If you want to know how we spend our days here in Virginia...these pics say it all. Pool, Pool and more Pool! Thank goodness Andrew has so many cute little buddies here! He started swimming without floaties the other day which he is very excited about. Abby loves her floaties and doesn't even need me to hold her anymore...in fact she gets pretty mad if I do hold her. Kind of nice to be able to just sit and watch I'm not gonna lie!! We are having lots of fun...and so excited to leave on Tuesday to go to GA and visit my family and go on our annual trip to Hilton Head Island...WOOHOOOOOOO!!!! Day at the Park

We are out here in Alexandria, VA for the summer with Zach's job. It is sooooo pretty here. We love it so far! Lucky for me my wonderful friend and neighbor back home is from here! She was out visiting her family so we got to take the kids to the park one night and have fajitas with her and her family on Cinco de Mayo. It was so much fun seeing them! Oh I miss my neighbors in Utah....:) Oh and these pics were taken in her house she grew up in in the basement....HOW AMAZING IS THIS DINER IN THEIR BASEMENT???? Andrew and Abby were in heaven!
