Update
Well, it was all made clear to me at the doctor's today why I am so huge. Because my baby is HUGE! The doctor estimated that our little baby is pushing on 8 lbs already, and I technically have 2 1/2 weeks left!!! I always said I wanted a fat baby, guess I am getting one. I had to laugh at that. Since he is so big already and I am progressing so much the doctor is going to strip my membranes (sorry if you didn't want to know that) next Tuesday morning and hope that it puts me into labor. I know it doesn't always work, but I am crossing my fingers that next week he will come!

My grandpa is George Hillstead and his parents are who I think originated in Star Valley: George Noah and Jean Hillstead. I will ask about Evelyn! So weird isn't it?!!

KATIE!!!! that is so exciting!! He is going to be one cute little guy, and his room is just adorable. I still have a couple of months left (due January 23rd). But, yeah, I am excited for all these little boys. How fun.

I am feeling it for Thanksgiving Day. What would be cuter than that- having your first little baby on Thanksgiving. It would be so memorable and appropriate. However, it would ruin your doctor's holiday...
I keep thinking about what it is going to be like to get our first pictures emailed over to us. I can just see it now. He is going to be beautiful and Zach is going to be such a proud daddy. And you- you are going to be beaming! Remember...patience is a virtue for a reason. LOVE YOU!

oh katie! chubby babies are the best...but the idea is to get them chubby after they come out of you! good luck girl! tyler was 8lbs 2 oz 21.5 inches long (a full week early) and I thought I was going to die! the membrane thing always worked for me...was stripped with all 3 kids on monday and went into labor on wed! worked like a champ! so excited for you. the nursery is darling!
oh and by the way....thanksgiving babies are the best - as long as you dont like thanksgiving dinner. tyler was born thanksgiving morning and all I got for dinner were some turkey leftovers in a tupperware. just not the same. plan to eat dinner and then go into labor after you get to hang out with everyone....or at least get out of the hospital soon enough to come home and eat! can't wait to see your little guy!
