On November 24th Andrew turned one! I seriously can't believe he is already a year old. Time goes WAY too fast. We had our family close by and some friends over for cake and ice cream . He didn't exactly "dive" in as we had anticipated he would. I think I planned the party a little too close to his bed time--oops. When we all sang 'Happy Birthday' to him he smiled, laughed, and then got a quivering lip because he got scared and didn't know why everyone was standing around him singing. He tasted the frosting and liked it and then got a little more into it. He must have gotten a sugar high from that or something because he played HARD that night! He loved all his new toys!
Playing with his new truck from Grandma and Grandpa Robbins. Since then Grandma came out to visit and taught Andrew to put the shapes in the right holes. He claps for himself after he does it. We are quite impressed!
