I've been trying to develop some "hobbies" lately seeing as how sometimes I have some downtime when Andrew is sleeping. I decided to make my mom and my mother-in-law quilts for Christmas. Now that I have given them their quilts I can show you! I had so much fun making these. This is the one I made my mom. Pictures to come of the one for my mother-in-law.

Okay Katie, did you do the actual quilting yourself? I have the whole top done on a quilt for my brother and am just dreading the actual quilting. Did you take it to a quilter?? It looks AMAZING!!

Hey I decided to take up that hobby too so we should quilt together!! I made my first quilts for Christmas too!! Mine were a little bit smaller though they were for my neice and nephew!!
